My Story
I got into business analysis for a simple reason: I like being the person who makes complicated things make sense. On a program spanning five delivery segments and over a hundred people, that means constantly translating between what the business needs, what Citibank stakeholders expect, and what a sprint can actually deliver — and making sure nothing gets lost in the handoff.
What I didn't expect going in was how much I'd end up caring about where AI genuinely helps versus where it's just noise. Being part of Epsilon's AI Innovation team pushed me to test that distinction directly on live requirements work, rather than in a sandbox — which is a more honest way to find out what actually holds up.
Outside client work, I build things — mostly small tools that fix a specific annoyance I've personally run into. It's the same instinct as the day job, just without anyone else's roadmap attached. The full story, dates, and numbers are one scroll away in Experience.

What's Next for the Flow Brand
Twelve "Flow"-branded SaaS products shipped so far — HRFlow, EduFlow, RetailFlow, CargoFlow, and more — each built on the same house methodology: DPDP-compliant by default, agent-ready backend, and a distinct visual identity per product. The next product is in scoping now, followed by a shared Flow account layer so any small business can run more than one Flow product from a single login.
Longer term, the plan is to open parts of this up: white-label a Flow product for your business, commission a new one for a niche this portfolio doesn't cover yet, or bring an existing system for a BSA-led audit and modernization. If any of that is useful to you, I'd like to hear about it.
